(Pinyin) è luó sī zǒng tǒng pǔ dīng xuān bù zhēng zhāo 30 wàn hòu bèi jūn rén ，ràng è guó biān jìng chū xiàn táo bì zhēng bīng de chū jìng rén cháo 。
(English) Russian President Putin announced his plan to draft 300,000 reservists. Crowds of people fleeing conscription appeared at the Russian borders.
