Dr Steer is a global authority on this subject. She is the deputy director of the Australian National University’s Institute for Space, and has published widely on the application of LOAC and the use of force in space.
This is a brilliant episode that provides much needed detail on the regulations currently in place, what sorts of norms exist in space, and the challenges that law makers face in securing the space environment.
