ModMonk Anshul narrates a story about a boy & a girl, the moral of which is how restlessness will engulf us when we doubt.
What we think about ourselves or actions that we do, we find it gets mirrored in other people that we encounter in life. If we lie to someone, we start feeling that the other person is also lying to us. We start having these doubts which more often than not are false and disturb our mental peace. Next time you are doubting someone's actions, take a step back and think if it is 'you' who you are actually doubting!
