Cocktail Concoction: Running the Gimlet
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the following:
2oz Gin
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
** Homemade simple syrup is insanely easy - and adding herbs really levels up your cocktail game! For regular simple syrup, simmer equal parts water and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. For any flavored simple syrup, simply add the spice/herb to the sugar and water before your start the simmering
