Catherine Jackson is a Kresser Institute trained health coach & Oxygen Advantage breath coach. Her role is to work alongside you to help you establish and achieve your health and wellness goals. Catherine worked in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years, but ironically discovered her own list of health challenges (despite ‘feeling good’) through functional lab testing which lead to sex hormone disruption, poor energy and bone health. This led her to seek to understand female physiology to a greater extent.

She is also one of the experts at Rooted Life; An online hub offering in person and online events. They are passionate about supporting your vitality through the core principle of connection - to yourself, nature and others.
