Danish Senior Yoga Embodiment Teacher, Life Embodiment Coach, Dancer, World traveler, and mother of two sons — deeply rooted in the practice of yoga from the heart.
My calling is to guide people through transformation, support their inner journey, and help them shine in their own light.
With a foundation in alignment and framed by psychological and spiritual themes, I draw on my experience as a professional dancer and life coach to create a deeply embodied practice.
I teach from the heart with a holistic approach, blending Vinyasa yoga, elements of Modern Dance, and Life Coaching to a deep transformative experience.
Through Yoga Embodiment, we connect to our inner resources and access who we truly are.
Based in Copenhagen and Berlin, I offer retreats, workshops, and classes across Europe — in person and online — in German, Danish, and English, empowering others to reconnect with their true selves.
