It's 9:30 am and I have already made my kids lunches, drove them to school, fed my dogs, drank my coffee, ate breakfast, planned my food and work for the day, walked my dogs, planned what new recipes and videos will be done this week, and now I am writing this post.

 
It didn't used to be like this. I used to lay on the couch looking on my phone until noon when it was time to eat lunch.
 
I decided enough was enough and I got to work on building habits that keep me on task during the day so I get things done.
 
This is important because our brain loves to build habits...it loves making our life easier. When we have habits, our brain doesn't have to use as much energy.
