Happy 2024! You know what is so wild about this? I hate bringing this up, because we don't like talking about it, but it's important for what I want to talk about today. We are four years out from 2020, which we all know what 2020 did to us. The reason being four years out is significant is because of what it means in the grief and the trauma process. Typically four years is when you're starting to really find your footing again, and you're trying to assess where you fit back into life.
