Description

Today I’m sharing something I’ve never done publicly (and not often privately either). On this episode, you’ll hear me get into the details of why I suddenly left a job I loved, without having another job lined up and how that had a massive impact on my identity when I couldn’t find work for years.

In this episode you’ll hear:

  1. What profound thing a hairdresser spoke over me during my years of unemployment

  2. A time I let fear make my decisions about work and then deeply regretted it

  3. The reason I had to leave a great job, with no other work in place to transition into

  4. How I set myself up to hear from God of what to do next

  5. Practical ways God has taught me to label myself as He labels me

  6. A powerful concept my husband shared with me, to not be ashamed of having a non typical job and work hours

Bible verses mentioned:

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.”

Ephesians chapters 1,2,3
