We talk about how she got into the eating disorder field, the multiple hats she wears and practical tips for navigating a girls night out or date when you've been struggling with disordered eating. We talk about the first thing Emily does when trying to help people move from dieting and restriction to peace and freedom with food and what pregnancy and motherhood looked/looks like for Emily.
