AI Translation:
We hope everyone had a great summer vacation and has gathered new energy for everyday life. We welcome: Valentin in group 1, Anker in group 2, and Eskild in group 3. We are already getting to know you!
Breakfast
Breakfast is not something we emphasize much, as parents generally prioritize that children have breakfast at home. If there are children who haven't eaten, we offer rye bread with butter and cheese before 7:30 AM.
Bus Departure
The bus to Blåbærhuset is for children who arrive before 7:30 AM – unless a special arrangement has been made with Berit. We hope it is possible for most to drop off directly at Blåbærhuset, where we open at 7:30 AM. This saves both time and bus tickets. But we always find a solution that suits you.
Candy from Birthdays
We prefer that children do not take home candy bags or other items after a birthday. We would like what is served to be eaten at the birthday itself – whether it is celebrated here at the kindergarten or at home, as group 1 has the opportunity to invite.
Information Meeting on 21.8.2025
We invite children who started in the spring, as well as new children and their parents, to an information meeting. Here you can meet each other, ask questions, and gain greater insight into our daily life. We would also like to elaborate on why we do what we do. Registration via SMS on Aula. The invitation can be seen on the Aula calendar. We apologize for previously sending out an incorrect date to some.
Podcast
Anders Torvald Nielsen has created a podcast as an experiment. Perhaps it can be helpful for those who commute to have the newsletter read aloud?
Inspection
We will have an unannounced inspection one day between 11.8 and 22.8. Additionally, there is an inspection meeting on 24.9, where our chairman Anders T. participates as a parent representative.
Activities
New Children
The new children will explore the house's possibilities and get to know peers and adults.
Harvest
We harvest what we can find in nature, on the playground, and in the herb garden. Right now, we are picking and tasting mirabelles. If we find blueberries, we will make blueberry ice cream, which we will have at the harvest festival. See more in the Aula calendar.
Art Project
We make recycled paper from drawings that have just been crumpled together. It is a sensory challenge for some children to have their fingers in the water with the pulp or in the wet paper before it is blended into pulp. Later, we will draw and paint on the paper as a start to our art project. Throughout the fall, we will work through various creative processes, which may be exhibited – and which you might wish for as a Christmas gift?
