เราอาจจะชอบและทำต่อไปได้ค่ะ

มี คน บอก ว่า ถ้า เรา ตั้งใจ ทำ อะไร เป็น เวลา หนึ่ง เดือน
สิ่ง นั้น จะ กลาย เป็น นิสัย ได้ ค่ะ
เช่น ถ้า เรา อยาก ทำ อาหาร เพื่อ สุขภาพ แต่ ปกติ ขี้เกียจ ทำ
ก็ ลอง ทำ ดู สัก หนึ่ง เดือน
เรา อาจจะ ชอบ และ ทำ ต่อไป ได้ ค่ะ

A month is a fairly long time.
มีคนบอกว่า ถ้าเราตั้งใจทำอะไรเป็นเวลาหนึ่งเดือน
Someone said that if we set our mind to doing something for a month,
สิ่งนั้นจะกลายเป็นนิสัยได้ค่ะ
That thing can become a habit.
เช่น ถ้าเราอยากทำอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ แต่ปกติขี้เกียจทำ
For example, if we want to cook healthy food but are usually too lazy to do it,
ก็ลองทำดูสักหนึ่งเดือน
Then try doing it for a month.
เราอาจจะชอบและทำต่อไปได้ค่ะ
We might like it and continue to do it.
