Meet Estée Lalonde, founder of the self-care brand MIRROR WATER and OG “YouTuber.” As a Canadian girl living in the UK, she set her sights on vulnerable vlogging long before it became a hashtag. Twelve years later, she has won the hearts of over a million subscribers and continues to grow her platform. Like many of us, Estée shares in the experience of not-so-healthy relationships, but over the years, she has wisely learned to leave the unfulfilling cycle in the past. These days, she intentionally cultivates her most secure relationship with her now partner and soon-to-be husband. She doesn't shy away from asking for what she wants in romantic relationships and will employ the power of ultimatums if absolutely necessary.
