Description

What if the way we’ve been approaching eating disorders is incomplete — and sometimes even harmful?

Today, I’m thrilled to welcome Jessica Setnick, a leading voice in the eating disorder field. Through her renowned training program, Eating Disorders Boot Camp, and hundreds of presentations worldwide, Jessica has transformed how professionals, families, and communities understand eating disorders and the people who experience them.

Jessica brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, authenticity, and compassion. She breaks down complex topics into practical, human-centered strategies that support real healing.

Join us for a powerful conversation about redefining care, reducing stigma, and creating safer, more supportive environments for recovery.

About Jessica Setnick (in her words)

My strength is looking at the backstory of your eating - not just what or how much you eat, but also why you eat, how you feel about what you eat, and how the habits you hate may have served you at one time. Let's take eating issues out of the shadows and use treatment strategies to help everyone who eats.My favorite topic is Healing Your Inner Eater, a conversation about the people who raised you and how their eating experiences and issues contributed to the way you eat today. Once you become aware of the food stories in your head, you can choose to keep or rewrite them.
