In this episode, we learn how the amazing Ukrainian triathlete, Yuliya Yelistratova, uses her perseverance to be a champion of her sport and her country. She tells of being in three Olympics and becoming the first Ukrainian to win the World Cup of triathlons. When her country was invaded in 2022, she overcame personal disappointment and turned her expertise into a means of humanitarian work using athletics to help children and military veterans.
