Hey guys, just a quick note on a very specific tactic, team bonding. One that is so often overlooked, but so important to the success of any team. Find time to get to know your teammates on a personal level and you’ll see that you’ll start to play a little harder for them, and they will know that you have their back in any situation; even when they’ve made a mistake. So so important to make others feel like you’ve got their backs, because it makes them more fearless and will lead to good results.
