No longer is it enough to launch a website that looks nice. The days of having a site that only looks good are gone.

Today, your site must be useable. Not only functional, but useable in the sense that your visitors must take the action you’ve designed from the beginning.

If all you’re doing when you launch a website is designing something pleasing to the eye, you will be let down post-launch. Listen in to learn the right way to build a website.

My latest experiment saw a 55.5% increase in free trial conversions. Instead of clicking a button to bring up the email address input form it’s not embedded directly in the page, thus cutting out a step.
