295) Routines, Ruminations, and Random Beyoncé Moments
Description
I chat about putting surprises in my wife's work lunch, someone singing Beyoncé and church songs at Aldi, and trying to feel normal while everything feels off. Ceasar’s back to being a regular cat, Apollo still can’t handle me going outside, and I’m leaning hard on routines to stay functional. Also: the guilt of enjoying safety and small joys while so many people aren't safe. And a quick mention of my Autism 101 course and Substack.
