In this episode I teach you a little bit about the masculine & feminine energies that lie within us. I felt really called to speak on this topic because its something that comes up a-lot with my personal clients & a topic many can benefit from learning about. I speak about my own personal experience being so heavily anchored in my masculine energy for many years of my childhood due to my Dads tragic death at almost thirteen years old. I also share why being anchored in one more than the other can create un-healthy physical issues within the body & can actually manifest later on in life. Among talking about both energies, I touch on the wounds of both & how we can start to embody the feminine energy as women.
