Three suspects from Eugene, Oregon, were arrested in connection with a targeted robbery and shooting in Keizer that occurred in October. The victim, a 20-year-old man, was shot and robbed of his guns and personal belongings. After a multi-week investigation, law enforcement from Salem, Keizer, and Eugene collaborated to arrest the suspects, identified as Daniel Tijerina, Romera Luna, and Franki Salyers-Livingston. All three face serious charges, including attempted murder, robbery, and weapon-related offenses. The investigation remains ongoing.
