Moving from the primal state of fear into the playful state of creativity is accessed through relaxation. Doing creative work requires you to overcome the part of you that's trying to keep you alive, the exercises in this episode include:
- Brian Tracy's "Mind Storming" exercise, in which you write down 20 ways that you could accomplish a goal or objective
- Focusing on that which you are good at to move the confidence needle in the right direction
- Simply doing something that you like doing for a short period of time, and allowing the answer to show up on its own.
