Hello, Ladies!  


Today, I am tackling menstrual cramps. Studies show that “at least one in four women experiences distressing menstrual pain characterized by a need for medication and absenteeism from study or social activities” (Grandi et.al, 2012, p. 169). I was part of that number, and I am sharing what has tremendously helped me to overcome that crippling problem; along with some tips that may help you as well.
