#30 - Multiclassing Basics in DnD 5e

Description
In this episode we begin to discuss how Multiclassing works in DnD 5e. If you want to combine two or more classes, then you will need the rules in chapter 6 of the PHB. As long as your character meets the multiclassing ability score prerequisites then you are able to take levels in that class. We talk about how gaining HP, proficiencies, and skills works when you take the first level in your new class. There are also some conflicts between class features that are available from multiple classes. In short overlapping features do not stack.
