In this class, I talk about quitting—not the smart kind, but the kind where you give up even though you still want the outcome. This type of quitting can become a habit, and if you keep doing it, your mind starts to think it’s okay to walk away when things get tough. I’ll explain why we don’t want to let this kind of quitting take over and how to keep pushing forward, even when it feels hard.
