We all know that as nurses, we wear many different hats. What we’re often not taught is that one of those hats is that of a salesperson. Two things we are constantly selling people on are our ideas and ourselves, and we usually don’t even recognize it. This week we’ll focus on selling our ideas as we talk about why getting buy-in from others is so much better than compliance, how it can decrease stress and frustration, and one quick and easy tool to get you there.
