On 3 November 2022, BlueScope is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its site at Western Port. Located on the Mornington Peninsula in the Australian state of Victoria, this is a facility that has seen great change over the years and has played a significant role in the local community that surrounds it. In this second of three episodes dedicated to the history of Western Port, we meet three families with an intergenerational employment experience at the site: the Halsteads, the Hamiltons and the Hammills.
