Constance Kerrigan, RN, certified Whole Health Educator and Reiki Master Teacher has definitely bridged the gap between the western medicine world and the world of alternative health and wellness modalities through her own experiences of helping patients and being a patient herself. She guides us to know when to seek the help of an MD and what we can do for ourselves to help maintain our health and wellness outside of acute care. She wants you to be as informed as possible for your best possible sustainable health.
