In this episode, Diego shares his inspiring story of growing up in a small town in Guatemala to come to America all on his own and becoming a trusted leader on our siding team.
Diego opens up about starting work at the young age of 11 years old, shining shoes to support his family, and making the brave decision to come to the U.S. at 16. The journey was far from easy, but Diego held onto his faith, and thanks to the support of a kind pastor and his determination, he not only found his place in the trades but eventually brought his brothers here to join him.
