Host Lewis Irons and Scottish FA Head of Coach Education and Development Greig Paterson are joined by the two Scott's from opposite corners of the globe as they discuss the challenges of coaching during a pandemic, the coaching styles of Gordon Strachan and Mark McGhee, and how a young, inexperienced coach handles the prospect of dealing with older players.
