If you've never experienced catching fish in a hoop net, do yourself a favor and find someone to take you. In Louisiana, fishing from nets or traps is a heritage that kept a lot of families fed back in the day....even today. I got with a guy tonight who is carrying that heritage on into our generation and is capturing that life on camera and sharing it on his YouTube channel "God's Country Hunting & Fishing".
