Kiko is father of Jay Rodriguez who plays in the premier league and Kiko discusses how in his early days he was completely ripped off by an agent and the main driver behind setting up the agency to clean the game up.
Agents may get a bad name but these guys really set out to nurture young talent and represent players properly and look after them.
