In today’s episode, I’m talking with the incredible Dr. Peta Stapleton on her journey from mainstream healthcare research to discovering and promoting Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping.

She explains that EFT involves tapping on specific points on the body while acknowledging and accepting one's emotions. The tapping helps engage the brain and can be done in conjunction with verbal affirmations. Dr. Stapleton also shares her research on the benefits of meditation, including improved emotional regulation and behavioural difficulties in school children.
