The first two months on the cycling tour when well. By the time he reached Namibia, he was queasy and barfy. The medic offered thorazine... which halted the nausea and vomiting... but impacted his liver. Fast forward to 8 months later and he still has symptoms...  This is the first in a series of cases demonstrating use of rubrics about Abdomen!
