Description
As we continue our study of this wonderful Pilgrim tradition of remembering God’s gifts and blessing through the use of five kernels of corn, we come to the third kernel which is God’s gift of friends and friendship. Sometimes we take friendship for granted, but we should always thank God for them. They are a blessing to you. Remember the old saying. “True friendship multiplies the good and divides its evils.” The Pilgrims, during that first thanksgiving, thanked God for the blessings of their new friends, the American Indians by using the third kernel as a reminder.
