Hi friends! So glad to be back this week. Today I am talking about feelings of burnt out and how you can take the steps today to check in with yourself. This is a bit long, but you will want to stay till the end when I do our 5 minute meditation session. It's so good and you will get a lot out of it believe me. I do it with you, so it helped me today while I helped you. I also talk about ways you can journal your thoughts and feelings as well as mentioned an organization that I will be getting my certification to help with emotional healing. Below you will find the website for Art4Healing non-profit organization that helps those who need emotional healing. It is not art therapy, these are workshops that uses colors to help paint a story of someone's emotions. It was truly an honor to take one of these courses and I can't wait to become certified, so I can provide these services to you all!
