Description
In this episode we're shining a light on how we withhold love from ourselves or others based upon the conditions we may unknowingly be putting upon ourselves or others. Living with conditional love has its consequences. Most prominently being the ever present feeling of not being enough or having to fix or change who you are in order to be loved or accepted. It's a constant state of lack and poverty, and one of the greatest epidemics of our time. The great tragedy of this, is it doesn't have to be this way, because the love we seek is actually already within.
