Mandy Hickson was the second woman ever to fly a Tornado GR4, with three combat tours of Iraq under her belt, she knows how to make decisions and how to make them quickly. Mandy was lucky in that she always knew that she wanted to fly, and her life had a clear and compelling purpose from early on, however it wasn’t easy. She’s suffered from imposter syndrome, but now believes that it can be a big motivator. She’s leant in and out of her flying career to looking after her family and understands what it means to evolve and change as life ebbs and flows.
