42: Spiritual Reclamation and Unlearning with Constanza Eliana Chinea
Description
This week I had the pleasure of chatting all about unlearning colonial ideals, reclaiming your spiritual and ancestral identity, and minimizing harm in wellness spaces with Constanza Eliana Chinea. Constanza provided some deeply grounding insight into reclaiming your culture and spirituality while existing in colonial and capitalistic structures. We talked about the best mindset and practices to adopt as you sift through the sometimes overwhelming pieces of unlearning and empowering your spiritual practice to reflect your authentic self and experience whilst minimizing harm.
