Another fabulous Race Director joins us for a chat about his swimrun race in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
Renowned as a race that may favour the sea swimmers, it certainly sounds like a lot of fun!

It clashes with the longest aquathlon in the world so I won't be able to make it this year, but hopefully in 2026.
