Zol – Cheap – זול

Periferia – Periphery, places outside the big cities – פריפריה

Yoker ha-mihya – Cost of living – יוקר המחיה

“Ad achshav ha-amira hayta ke’ilu, lechu la-periferia, ba-periferia zol, az hine halachnu laperiferia, ve-pitom po anachnu magi’im lemehirim shel tel aviv.” – Until now everybody said ‘go to the periphery, it’s cheap there. Rak ha-yom – Today only – רק היום

Zil ha-zol – Cheaply, on sale – זיל הזול

Hazol hu ha-yakar – The cheap is the expensive – הזול הוא היקר

Tisot zolot midai – Overly cheap flights – טיסות זולות מדיי

Hatsi mechir – Half price – חצי מחיר

Stalbet – Chill – סתלבט

“Ha-shir asa lanu achla shel shivuk aval hafuch” – The song did us great marketing, but in the wrong way – השיר עשה לנו אחלה של שיווק אבל הפוך

“Lo zol po. Shelo ledaber al ze she-en diyur.” – It’s not cheap here. Not to mention the fact that there is no available housing – לא זול פה, שלא לדבר על זה שאין פה דיור

Zol – Common, vulgar, unrefined – זול

Ze margish zol – It feels cheap – זה מרגיש זול

Lehozil – To lower the price – להוזיל

Hozala – Price reduction – הוזלה

Mivtsaei hozalot – Sales – מבצעי הוזלות

Mechirim muzalim – Reduced prices – מחירים מוזלים
