Joe Payne is the founder, CEO, and chairman of Arcturus Therapeutics. His story is one of resilience, perseverance, and good science. Joe has an exceptional track record of ushering novel therapeutics to the clinic, including targeted RNA medicines using nanoparticle delivery technologies. Joe's background includes over 20 years of drug discovery at Merck, DuPont, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kalypsys, and Nitto. His academic training includes having gone to BYU, the University of Calgary, and the MIT Sloan School of Management. This interview was recorded in March 2019.
