Description

Today I talk about the simplest thing that is at the root of our relationship with our horses - if we want it. If we wake up to it.

I talk about how I was reminded of this on a cold winter morning the other day as I dragged my tired self outside to feed my horses. And how in that moment I woke up to how asleep I'd been with my horses lately. How we can sometimes wake up with a jolt to what felt like a dream, and we can move into a magical moment of connection with our horses - who have been patiently waiting for us to join them there the whole time.

While The Inner-Led Life is not exclusively horse-focused, I continue sharing about my horses and horse life there. And I continue the conversation we started in Riding From the Inside Out about how we can benefit from listening to ourselves—our inner self—and how our horses can benefit from this as well.
