With a background in environmental and political journalism for the BBC and ITN, Lucy is also a qualified psychotherapist with years of experience working with eco-therapy and green coaching to help people rebalance their lives with nature.  

Throughout all of these chapters of her career, Lucy has found visibility to be a challenge, but she's found powerful ways to move through fear and show up with courage.
