Update: 2024-05-24
Description
From 1921 to 1927 he was given many names from local newspapers, The North End Peeper, The Phantom Peeper, and the Ape Man, to name a few. Yet, no one knew his identity. In 1928 he would savagely murder and butcher five-year-old Dorothy Schneider of Mt. Morris, Michigan. With his identity still unknown, he would earn yet another name, The Slayer. Few clues were given as to who this fiend could be. Who was he? Where was he? The key that led to the killer and his capture could be described as almost supernatural. Join us as we recount the story behind Adolph Hotelling, The Mount Morris Slayer Michigan's First Boogeyman.
