At the most growth in my business I didn’t have any oz of a morning routine, I woke up with passion and worked because I was excited to build and grow my business, and sometimes your best self is first thing in the morning and the best thing you could do for you is focus on your business first thing in the morning and then work on you(workouts, journalling etc) later in the day when it isn’t peak energy time!
