Tenants can actually be a source of business. I have had many tenants refer business to me without ever buying a home with me. I have listed properties that had tenants living in the home, and they had full capacity to buy, and the listing of the home was the catalyst to get them seriously thinking about buying. I have sold multiple properties to tenants living in homes that I list for sale. The key to this is always, always, always remember to be open for opportunity. Always. Every single human being that meet. However that happens. Is a person that can lead you to business. So does it make sense to treat the Tenant with a little respect?
