Jill Katz, Biography
Jill Katz is the CHRO & Founder of Assemble HR Consulting a boutique firm that focuses on Organizational Transformation and the Future of Work. Jill is best known for her strategic engagements with leadership teams to create a #WorkplaceThatWorks. As the co-host of HR Leaders LIVE, the podcast about the Future of Work, Jill adds both personality and expertise on a weekly basis.
Prior to launching Assemble HR Consulting, Jill spent 20+ years leading HR teams in the fashion, wholesale, digital/technology, media, entertainment, banking and social networking industries. She is an enthusiastic public speaker and a social media personality who uses humor and candor to challenge standard ways of thinking and inspire bravery.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the University of Michigan. She is a proud Mom, a devoted wife, and a dog-lover.
