Here is the Break Down of the 5 Steps

Who do you listen to?

Who do you listen to in order to create mastery for yourself?

Are you listening to the people who have the results that you want? There are many "Guru's" who have written books that only did so to sell that information to get rich. Within your network marketing business there will be Top income earners and they are the people you should be listening to because they have created the results you desire. Tony Robbins and many other thought leaders always say to look for someone who has what you want and model what they do. So Listen to them, follow them online and look at what they do and model their actions so that you can get the success and results and eventually hit the level of Mastery.

Teachability Index

Teachablility index is the second step to mastery. It can be broken down into two parts. What is your willingness to learn and what is your willingness to accept change.

Willingness to learn is determined by how coachable and teachable you are. If you have a high desire to achieve a goal there is a good chance that you have a high willingness to learn. If you have invested a reasonable amount of money into a training course there is a good chance that you have a high willingness to learn. That is why those who attend company events tend to learn more. Because they have invested time and money to be there. They have created an environment that causes them to want to learn eg a high teachability index.

The second half of the Teachability index is your willingness to accept change. Or in other words it could be described as what are you willing to give up in order to get the things you desire. You may need to give up your favourite tv programs or your favourite hobbies and past times in order to gain the knowledge or do the work required to achieve your goals and dreams.

Both of these have a score of 10. So multiply your willingness to learn X your willingness to accept change and you will get a score out of 100. The goal is always to be 100% coachable and teachable.

Training Balance Scale

On one side of the scale you have what goes on in your mind, how you think and feel the "WHY". They consist of

  • Thoughts

  • Thinking
  • Desires
  • Energy
  • Emotions

  • Dreams
  • Goals

  • Attitude
  • Motivation

  • Mental Processes
  • Objectives

  • Vibrations
  • Intentions

On the other side of the scale we have the "what you do" the "HOW"

  • Actions

  • Movement
  • Techniques

  • Strategies
  • Action Steps

  • Plans

  • Activities
  • Physical Actions

As you learn the information you should do both. but you should spend equal time thinking and actions.

The thinking part is 99.9%. thoughts are the most important part.

Focus all your attention on the thoughts. Work on the thinking process.

The four steps to processing new information

The fourth step to Mastery is learning the four steps to processing any new information.

Unconscious Incompetence- You don't know what you don't know

Conscious Incompetence - You know what you don't know

Conscious competence - You know what you know

Unconscious competence - You know and it happens automatically

You get to unconscious competence by doing it over and over repeatedly at the conscious competence level. This creates new neuropathways in the body that allow us to do things without thinking.

Step 5 to Mastery- Master the first four.

Master the first four steps and then you will surely reach mastery in anything. Here are the most common reasons why people fair so be aware of the following;

Not listening to the right people

Low teachability index (to learn and to change)

Spending to much time with the "how"

Spending inadequate time at the conscious competence level

Now you are aware of the 5 steps to Mastery. Go out take massive action and make something happen today. Remember you are only one person away from a life changing event.
