#5 – Natacha Tschopp: courage and boldness, perseverance, drawing energy from change and creating opportunities.
Description
Probably most of us so-called “grown-ups” have been there. We come from a certain background (in Natacha’s case: binational, multilingual, and very sports and competition oriented) and follow a career path that makes sense to everyone around us. One that we might even be admired for. But then, we realise we want something else altogether. Less safe. Not much status in the eyes of our surroundings. Barbara and Natacha talk about courage and boldness, which are needed to open doors and create opportunities on your way through life; they talk about what it feels like to leave your comfort zone and what the world of professional sports has to do with childcare and the management of teams, and how uniting diverse people through shared values and a growth mindset makes strong teams. And let’s not forget the importance of apéros…
In Natacha’s words: “Follow your heart – this is the one life you have”.
The books Natacha has mentioned:
You Can Heal Your Life - Louise L. Hay
