Today we’re going to be in he books of Judges and 1 Samuel - looking at our total depravity as humans as a result of the fall and how God desires law and order to protect his people from harm. Trusting and relying on God is key to the Christian walk. A changed heart leads to a changed life! Let’s dive in.

- There was a cry of repentance with the Israelites, but something inwardly had not changed. Their plea was for a king. (24:25 )
- Saul ultimately squandered the gifts God had given to him and the idea was that the king would seek the Lord for the people (32:55 )
- In the next episode we’ll get more into Saul’s character and the story of David. But in the meantime I hope you spend some time reflecting on what a changed heart really looks like. Our lives should resemble that of Christ (33:26 )
